The Resident Evil 3: Nemesis remake was officially announced at Sony’s final State of Play for 2019 earlier this month and it looks incredible. Capcom showed off a trailer (view at the bottom of this article) and you can just see how great the game looks, powered by the RE Engine. When a game looks so good, one thing that’s always on the mind of some PC gamers is if their gaming rig is up to the task. Thankfully, the minimum Resident Evil 3 system requirements aren’t all too bad.

On the Resident Evil 3: Nemesis remake steam page, the minimum requirements for the game has been revealed. We can also see the exact pricing for South Africans, which is R929. At the time of writing, Capcom is yet to share the recommended system requirements, but you can expect it to be close to the RE2 Remake.

- OS: WINDOWS® 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
- Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 or AMD FX™-6300 or better
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 or AMD Radeon™ R7 260x with 2GB Video RAM
- DirectX: Version 11
The minimum system requirements for the game doesn’t look bad at all as you can see above. We will keep you posted when Capcom reveals the recommended requirements, but most gaming PCs should at least be able to run the game.
