During the Resident Evil Showcase this morning, Capcom detailed the various render modes players will be able to choose from in the upcoming Resident Evil Village. This includes modes that take advantage of raytracing on PS5 and Xbox Series X while capping the resolution at 4K.
If users want to opt for a solid 60FPS mode then they can simply disable ray-tracing and do so. Capcom also detailed how older consoles run the game including the original Xbox One and PS4. The Xbox One, for example, runs Resident Evil Village at 900p 30FPS while the PS4 runs it at 900p 45FPS.
