Rick and Morty season 4 will be returning next month as the second half of the fourth season will be arriving on 3 May 2020. Rick and Morty season 4 will contain five new episodes which will complete the current season with ten episodes. The show was renewed back in 2018 for another 70 episodes so there will be plenty more to come in the years ahead. Show co-creator Dan Harmon stressed to fans that the wait between the next upcoming seasons will not be as long as the wait between season three and four.

For now, however, we will just have to settle with another five episodes arriving in May. The arrival of Rick and Morty season 4 will also coincide with co-creator Justin Roiland’s new Adult Swim animated series called Solar Opposites. The show has been created with show writer Mike McMahan.

Locally, Showmax usually uploads new episodes of the show which will most likely be the case with the new season. The episodes will then be added to Netflix a few days later so South Africans will be able to enjoy the new episodes on multiple platforms.
