RocoSmashBall Series is Headed to Bedfordview and Boksburg – Win Your Share of R12,000 in this FIFA 20 League

RocoMamas, the African Cyber Gaming League (ACGL), and ZAPA will be hosting a new RocoSmashBall Series league. This is a new and exclusive football gaming experience coming to a RocoMamas near you where players can compete and show off their skills to win their share of R12,000.

Two major tournaments will be taking place in Johannesburg in the next week over at RocoMamas Bedfordview and Boksburg joints. Bedfordview will kick off on 7 October 2019 and Boksburg on 8 October 2019.

RocoSmashBall Series

Players will need to sign up for one of the two RocoSmashBall tournaments in order to take part in the FIFA 20 gaming activations. Entry fee costs R100 per player and can be paid at the venue on the day. The cost includes access to the FIFA 20 tournament as well as a burger and a drink (who does not love RocoMamas burgers?).

Players must pre-register to fill one of the 48 available spots on the day but can try your luck and come by your RocoMamas restaurant on the day at 17:30 to get onto the waiting list.

The matchday schedule is as follows for both the Bedfordview and Boksburg stores.

  • 17h30: Player Check-In Opens | Waiting List Started
  • 18h10: Pre-Registered Check-In Closes
  • 18h30: Matches Start

This FIFA 20 tournament will be played on PS4 consoles.

The winner on the night will win R1000 cash and a further R1000 RocoMamas voucher. Other prizes will also be handed out during the tournament.

If you do well, you could be placed in the finals where you will be whisked away to Cape Town (flights and accommodation covered) to play in the finals where you could win your share of R12,000.
