Rugby 20 Video Game Reveals Full Extent of its Official Licenses

The Rugby 20 video game has been in beta for some time now. Users who pre-order the game right now will gain access to the third closed beta phase running from 19 December 2019 to 3 January 2020. The Rugby 20 Video Game release date is also scheduled for 23 January 2020 for Xbox One and PC with the PS4 release on 28 January 2020.

According to a press release, while the game’s beta is limited and only includes national teams, the final game will contain more licensed content with 69 official teams, 4 leagues and over 2,000 real-life players which have been scanned and produced into the game. The game is said to also include Rugby’s greatest matches all of which can be played alone or with friends.

The release does not go into much detail on the licensed content but according to an image sent to us, the leagues include the likes of the Top 14, Pro D2, Pro 14, and Gallagher Rugby Premiership. Some teams include France Rugby, Scotland, USA Rugby, Russia, IRFU, Italy and many more.
