Samba de Amigo: Party Central will also get post-launch DLC. SEGA says the DLC packs will add new tracks to the game from titles such as Space Channel 5, Rhythm Thief and RGG Studio.

SEGA plans on launching Samba de Amigo: Party Central exclusively on Nintendo Switch on 29 August. The game is a spiritual successor to the popular music rhythm franchise where players shake their arms around to create music. While Samba de Amigo hasn’t been hugely successful in the past, the franchise has appeared in multiple SEGA titles with cameos in Sonic Racing and other games.

The last Samba de Amigo game was released back in 2008 which was actually a Wii port of the Dreamcast version developed by Gearbox Software. The new game is an entirely new release which aims to revive the series. Check out the trailer down below and the official pre-order page here.
