PS5 Resident Evil Village Showcase 8 VIII Village Showcase Leaked

Second Resident Evil Showcase Set For 15 April

Capcom has announced a second Resident Evil Showcase stream set to kick off on 15 April at 3:00 pm PT / 00:00 16 April SAT. The developer says the upcoming live stream will play host to the Resident Evil Village gameplay.

This second Resident Evil Showcase does not come as a surprise. We know Capcom planned on hosting another stream closer to the game’s release date of 7 May where they would reveal the second playable demo. This demo apparently focuses less on exploration, as the Maiden did, and more on combat and gameplay. In addition, the second Resident Evil Village demo is also coming to all platforms instead of just PS5.

Right now we don’t know much about the stream other than it will be focused on Resident Evil Village. The Twitter announcements do host a few snippets of new gameplay including Ethan cutting his hand and having the tall lady drink his blood. There are also a few shots of new environments including what looks like an underground section with large mining machines.

We also get a glimpse of a large child and the strange hat figure who is now wielding a big mallet and looks like he wants to smash Ethen with it.

Capcom also says the stream will play host to a few more surprises but we can only guess that this hint relates to the second demo and more information on the multiplayer RE: Verse. We are going to just have to wait and see what happens.

The good news is that we will get to see more Lady Dimitriscu during the showcase and the world simply can’t get enough of her right now. From the life-sized cutouts in stores to the awesome cosplays. One is by the world’s tallest supermodel too. Makes us wonder why they went with Chris Redfield for the Collector’s Edition instead of the tall lady.

You can turn into the second Resident Evil Showcase on Twitch and YouTube. The stream kicks off on 16 April at 00:00 in South Africa and 3pm PT on 15 April.
