One major feature that was removed from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was the death count. In past games, you could see how many times you died at any time by looking at your scoreboard but in the latest entry, this feature is not available in all game modes. Activision has come to save the day by releasing a new watch that shows your death count. The catch, you need to purchase it for 2000 COD Points.

The new watch comes in the new “Mother Russia” bundle and sells for 2,000 COD Points which costs around R320 at R159 for 1000 Points. It includes the “Time to Die” character watch that keeps track of your deaths during a match. You cannot purchase the watch separately meaning you will need to grab the larger bundle in order for you to take advantage of the feature that should have been in the game in the first place.
It is nice to see Activision fixing the problem they caused with the option to spend more money on the game which you already purchased. Of course, the whole debate of “if you have a problem with it don’t buy it” will come up but it is a bit cheeky of them. You could always save 2000 COD Points in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and just wait for the end of the match to see how many times you were killed. It is also an option.
Keep in mind that the latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season One just release which also requires a purchase in order to take full advantage of the unlockable items in the season. It seems you need a never-ending supply of money to fully experience what Modern Warfare has to offer.
