Sony has officially unveiled its Project Spartacus service simply called PlayStation Plus. The service is broken down across three tiers and as previously reported, will offer a range of games and benefits depending on your subscription.
The big sell here is the 700+ game library that Sony aims to deliver with the “Extra” and “Premium” tier that offers instant access to hundreds of games as well as classic PS3 titles which are limited through cloud streaming.

Sony says the service will include games like Death Stranding, God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Miles Morales, Mortal Kombat 11, Returnal and more at launch. In addition, the company is working with third-party publishers to grow this service even more. The gaming library will refresh over time and more titles will be added as the months go by.
Of course, PlayStation Now will transition into PlayStation Plus and all subscribers will be merged into the new service.
Sony says the service will rollout in June but it won’t launch everywhere at first. The company aims to have it available by the end of the first half of 2022. In addition, they are looking at expanding the cloud streaming service into new regions very soon.
