Is Sony planning on revealing the PS5 as early as next month? It sure seems so according to online speculation. Sony has dated its CES 2020 media briefing said to take place on 6 January 2020 at 03:00 SAT and it has everyone guessing what they could be revealing.

Sony’s CES media briefings usually stay away from the PlayStation brand and stick to new Bravia TVs, cellphones and other gadgets but with 2020 being the year of the PlayStation 5, many people believe we could indeed see the company touch on the upcoming console. The only information we have to go on right now are the event details which read;

We don’t have high hopes for this CES 2020 reveal as the PlayStation brand has not been present during past years, however, Sony could surprise us like Microsoft did when they revealed their Xbox Series X during The Game Awards 2019. The PS5 could see a debut as early as next month.
