Speedtest has released its Q2 report that highlights South Africa’s best network providers. This includes both mobile and fixed ISPs. The report summarizes not only the average score of the best providers in SA but also the average latency through speed tests as well as the fastest mobile devices when it comes to internet performance.
First off we have the fixed internet speed results. According to Speedtest, the top-performing ISP in South Africa is Cool Ideas with a Speed Score of 45.76.

The Speed Score helps determine the overall download and upload speed of the ISP to rank its performance. First was Cool Ideas with 45.76, second is Afrihost with 35.79 and third is Webafrica with 34.21.
