Spider-Man and MJ Movie Skins Have Arrived in Fortnite

To celebrate the release of the MCU film Spider-Man: No Way Home, Epic Games have released two new Fortnite skins modelled after Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Zendaya’s Mary Jane. The skins are currently available in-game via the Winterfest item shop selection.

Players will be able to purchase the items through the shop as part of the Winterfest event, and will likely stay for a limited time only. Players who get the Spider-Man skin will be able to remove his mask with a built-in emote, revealing Holland’s face beneath. In addition to the original Far From Home suit, the black and gold suit from No Way Home will also be available.

That’s not all for Spider-Man fans in Fortnite. The release of Chapter 3 introduced web-swinging abilities, in addition to its own unique Spider-Man skin (and several outfit variations) made for the game.

Spider-Man: No Way Home released yesterday in South Africa, and launched in most international cinemas today (with some month-long delays unfortunately hitting countries like Norway and the Philippines). Fortnite is no stranger to big crossover events celebrating and marketing the latest pop culture trends, and it looks like No Way Home is currently on everyone’s minds.

Fortnite‘s Winterfest 2021 event is currently live and runs until 6 January 2022, so don’t miss out on all the limited goodies available on the item shop right now. With the launch of Chapter 3, players are enjoying a new map that recently launched following the exciting conclusion of Chapter 2 which saw the previous island literally flipped upside down to reveal the new map. In addition to Holland and Zendaya, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson also appears as the character The Foundation (I can’t help but laugh at “The Rock and The Foundation”) in the game.
