Spider-Man: Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer added as Avengers: Endgame Post-Credits Scene

We all know that Avengers: Endgame did not have a post-credit scene. The end of the movie is nothing but a few sound effects and a giant Marvel sign but that will be changing. Marvel will be adding the latest Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer to the end of Avengers: Endgame as if it was meant to be the post-credit scene all along.

Instead of the trailer featuring Spider-Man actor, Tom Holland warning about spoilers, he will now tell audience members to sit tight and wait until the credits roll to enjoy the Avengers: Endgame post credit scene.

This will be the first time the film has featured a post-credit scene since its worldwide debut on 26 April. Marvel does not often do this sort of thing but given that Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place after the events of Endgame, it seems only fitting.

It does come with some concern though as it could ruin the whole “finale” effect which Marvel was going for in the first place. The original credits feel like a weight being lifted off you after they roll and the lack of a post-credit scene gives you a relief knowing the dangers are finally over. This new Spider-Man trailer added to the film now eliminates that feeling that was meant to be portrayed in the end.

If you have watched Endgame then you are safe and you can watch the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer down below without worrying about any spoilers. There is no word yet whether or not South African cinema goers will be treated to the new version of the Endgame post-credit scene.
