According to AMC Theaters, the latest film clocks in at just three minutes longer than The Last Jedi putting it at a running time of 155 minutes or 2 hours and 35 minutes. This makes The Rise of Skywalker the longest in the series with The Last Jedi coming in at 152 minutes and The Attack of the Clones at 142 minutes.

The Rise of Skywalker running time is no match for say, Avengers: Endgame which was a crazy 3 hours and 1 minute long but we are sure J.J. Abrams will deliver an explosive ending to the saga with the time given to the latest movie.

The film takes place a year after the events of The Last Jedi where Kylo Ren and Rey prepare for an epic showdown while the Resistance and the First Order fight it out to dominate the galaxy.
