Street Fighter 6 Release Date and Editions Leaked on PlayStation Store

The release date for Capcom’s highly anticipated upcoming fighting game, Street Fighter 6, has leaked via the PlayStation Store along with the game’s deluxe and ultimate editions. Players will be able to get their hands on the game on 2 June 2023, according to the leak. This also comes a few hours ahead of The Game Awards where it’s likely to appear.

An eagle-eyed Twitter user spotted an update on the PlayStation Store recently and upon closer inspection, noticed that the page for Street Fighter 6 was overhauled with new information, perhaps a bit earlier than Capcom might’ve expected. Apart from a release date clearly being listed, the game’s three editions were also detailed so now we know more or less what to expect from its additional content should players wish to purchase the higher-priced versions.

The standard edition of Street Fighter 6 will get you the base game, “Outfit 1 Color 10” for 6 characters (whatever that means) as well as special titles and stickers. The deluxe edition offers the same but also includes the Year 1 character pass. Finally, the ultimate edition contains everything mentioned but also includes the more premium Year 1 ultimate pass, which will surely cover all added content and not just characters.
