Apart from Summer Game Fest seemingly replacing the annual slot typically reserved for the now-defunct E3, June will feature a few more events from other publishers to look forward to as well. Microsoft will host its Xbox Games Showcase on 9 June – the first to feature Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda and Activision Blizzard titles collectively – with a special Direct afterwards that’s likely an in-depth look at the next Call of Duty.
On the other end, Ubisoft will host another Ubisoft Forward event on 10 June. Fans can expect a closer look at the recently revealed Assassin’s Creed Shadows as well as Star Wars Outlaws and other upcoming titles from the publisher.
