iStore has announced the price for the new iPhone SE as well as pre-order details and trade-in offers. Starting from today, shoppers can start pre-ordering the 2022 iPhone SE starting at R9,799 for the 64GB. If you want the largest storage option of 256GB, that will set you back R13,299.
The 2022 iPhone SE will then launch in South Africa starting on 25 March and is available through iStore, other retailers and of course, contracts at your cellphone provider.

iStore says that customers can upgrade and open new lines at any participating store regardless of where their original contract was initiated. You can also take advantage of the iStore trade-in offers available. This includes trading in a range of technology including older iPhones, other Apple devices and even Android phones.
Purchasing the 2022 iPhone SE at iStore will also get you a free extended warranty and screen replacement valued at R1999. You will also get an extended iCare Plus package that includes a free screen replacement. So in total, you will get a 2-year extended warranty.

The 2022 iPhone SE costs the following in South Africa:

- iPhone SE 128GB – R10,999
- iPhone SE 256GB – R13,299
The 2022 iPhone SE boasts some internal hardware improvements but has stuck to the iPhone 8 design. It now includes a powerful, industry-leading Apple A15 Bionic chip and 5G support. It comes in three colours including Product RED, Starlight (white) and Midnight (black).
