GLITCHED was created by taking everything we love and putting it into one place. It has a little something for everyone be it your favourite comic book, what to binge on Netflix this weekend,or your favourite games and tech. The idea that one can love all the cool things is not hard to comprehend, you just need to find a place for it. That place is GLITCHED..
While 2022 has more “to be confirmed” TV Show releases than my room has mosquitoes, 2022 is still set to be one of the best for TV in some time. From the return of beloved shows to the premiere of many new ones, this list includes some of our personal favourite geeky, superhero and animated TV shows coming our way over the following months.
Biggest 2022 TV Shows
January 2022 TV Shows
From the dates currently available to us, January 2022 is undeniably the biggest month for TV Show releases of the year. The year is truly starting off with a little something for everyone, from DC’s Peacemaker (a show dedicated to a character many know fromSuicide Squad) to the second season of Resident Alien; January is all about staying in bed and binging shows.

February 2022 TV Shows
February 2022 is all about diving back into beloved shows and discovering a new one. February promises to either ruin a fond childhood memory or reignite a forgotten love with the remake of Bel-Air, a show which is hopefully going to live up to all expectations with Will Smith involved with the project. I’m also looking forward to being drawn back into the world of Vikings again, thanks to Vikings: Valhalla.
Bel-Air – 13 Feb 2022
The Walking Dead S11 – 20 Feb 2022
Vikings: Valhalla – 25 Feb 2022
Star Trek: Picard S2 – TBC Feb 2022
March 2022 TV Shows
March 2022 seems set to be my “guilty pleasure” viewing month, with shows like Charmed and Riverdale returning to take over my nights. As much as I love a good horror, teen dramas based on franchises from my childhood just hit differently, regardless of their critical reviews. March is also when one of the most anticipated new Marvel shows reaches our screens: Moon Knight – a show all about Marc Specter, a hero with a dissociative identity disorder.
Riverdale S6 – 6 March 2022
The flash S8 – 9 March 2022
The Orville: New Horizons – 10 March 2022
Charmed S4 – 11 March 2022
Moon Knight – 30 March 2022
June 2022 TV Shows
With both April and May 2022 being noticeably empty when it comes to confirmed geeky TV Shows, June comes in hard with a new season of one of my all-time favourite shows (which also now includes my favourite brother from Supernatural), The Boys. To top it off, June is also the month we finally get the first season of The Cuphead Show. A TV Show based on a game that was so infuriating I instantly wanted to delete it, but so visually attractive that I couldn’t stop playing.
The Boys Seasons 3 – 3 June 2022
The Cuphead Show – 30 June 2022
September 2022 TV Shows
September is another noticeably quiet month for geeky TV Shows, but that’s okay because the one that is releasing is almost certainly going to take up all of my time and become my new TV Show addition. September 2022 marks our on-screen return to the world of Middle Earth with Amazons much-anticipated TV Show adaption of The Lord of the Rings. I would be lying if I said I didn’t already have high expectations of this one, and after seeing what Amazon did with The Wheel of Time, I am even more excited to see what The Lord of the Rings is going to bring.
The Lord of the Rings – 2 Sept 2022
