The Dark Pictures Anthology series is a four-part video game with each game following its own story and characters. 2019’s Man of Medan was good, you can read my review here. As for 2020’s Little Hope, I completed the game last night and will have a full review up soon. Next year, players will experience The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes. While Man of Medan was about a ghost ship and Little Hope is about witches, the next game seems to be about exorcisms, myths and demons. The game is set in the Middle East.

Supermassive Games is determined to see its anthology series through. Those of you who have played the previous games would know they are all about storytelling, its characters and hopefully keeping them all alive until the end of the game. Your decisions and fast reactions determine how well this goes down.

While The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes does not have a release date yet, the game will most likely release in October 2021 on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

Watch the teaser trailer down below. You can also pick up both current games in one package on the PlayStation Store.
