The Elder Scrolls: Blades Early Access Now Open to All

Bethesda’s mobile adaption of the Elder Scrolls series was originally announced at E3 last year. It then appeared during Apple’s iPhone XS event in September with a “coming soon” to end it all.

It has been several months and Bethesda has finally released The Elder Scrolls: Blades into early access and best of all, anyone with a Bethesda account can download and play the game.

Bethesda announced that The Elder Scrolls: Blades is accessible to anyone as long as they have signed up for a Bethesda.net account. You can also sign up once you have downloaded the game. This is after the early access phase for the mobile RPG was held earlier this year under NDA.

All progress will carry over to the full game according to the FAQ on the official website. It is also important to note that once you have downloaded the game, you will need to launch it, play a short tutorial and sign into a Bethesda.net account before you can continue to download the rest of the game which comes in at about 850mb.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades is also available for both Android and iOS with it supporting iPhone 6S and up, iPhone SE, iPad Mini 4 and 5, and iPad Air 2 and 3. As for Android, the game supports a wide range of devices. Check out the FAQ to see if yours is supported but as long as it has released in the last three years, you should be okay.
