The First Berserker Khazan Demo PS5 Xbox Series PC

The First Berserker: Khazan Demo Arrives This Week on Consoles and PC

A demo for The First Berserker: Khazan, the upcoming action game from developers Action Studio and Neople, will be available this week on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Players will be able to get their hands on a vertical slice of the game this week Thursday, 16 January which is over three months away from the full game’s launch in March.

Not much is known about the demo content for The First Berserker: Khazan but luckily we’ll only have to wait a few more days to see what’s in store for us. The official X account for the game revealed the news, though stopped short of mentioning some key details such as whether progression will carry over to the full release or how large the download size for the demo will be.

The official description for The First Berserker: Khazan reads:

“The First Berserker: Khazan is a hardcore action RPG based on the Dungeon Fighter Online (DnF) universe, Nexon’s flagship IP with more than 800 million players worldwide. Set 800 years before the events of DnF, the game unfolds on the continent of Arad and explores the untold story of Khazan, the first Berserker. Players will experience Khazan’s legendary journey firsthand as they master intricate and engaging combat mechanics and strategic battles that bring his epic tale to life.”

Publisher Nexon unveiled the game’s first official gameplay in March 2024 before holding a closed beta test a few months later. From what we were able to gather, impressions for the closed beta were mostly positive, though some criticised the game’s performance at the time. Seems like Action Studio and Neople might have to smoothen out the experience and make sure it’s in top shape for launch in a couple of months. We’ll hopefully get a better idea with the upcoming demo this week.

The First Berserker: Khazan launches on 27 March 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
