The Monster Hunter Movie Teaser Trailer Has Soldiers With Guns?
"The minigun won't be around for long."

Even though every big upcoming film for the year has been delayed, Monster Hunter still plans on releasing sometime in December. Directed by Paul W.S Anderson, the upcoming Monster Hunter Movie based on the Capcom video game series kicked off production in Cape Town back in 2018 and the first teaser trailer has arrived. While there are only 13 seconds to look at, it does feature Milla Jovovich and a minigun?

Cyberpunk 2077 Has Gone Gold Ahead of its 19 November Release

I know what you are thinking “there are no miniguns in Monster Hunter!” Well, that is true but the film’s story claims the weaponry only as a teaser. According to the official synopsis, Milla and her team discover that Black Diablos, the crazy behemoth-looking sand monster in the trailer, is immune to their weaponry

When an unexpected sandstorm transports Lt. Artemis (Milla Jovovich) and her unit (TI Harris, Meagan Good, Diego Boneta) to a new world, the soldiers are shocked to discover that this hostile and unknown environment is home to enormous and terrifying monsters immune to their firepower. In their desperate battle for survival, the unit encounters the mysterious Hunter (Tony Jaa), whose unique skills allow him to stay one step ahead of the powerful creatures.

As Artemis and Hunter slowly build trust, she discovers that he is part of a team led by the Admiral (Ron Perlman). Facing a danger so great it could threaten to destroy their world, the brave warriors combine their unique abilities to band together for the ultimate showdown.

By the sound of things, the Monster Hunter movie will feature some of the crazy weapons from the video game series. This includes the greatsword and dual blades. Check out the Monster Hunter Movie teaser trailer below.
