Toy Story MSI Collaboration

The MSI Toy Story Collab is The Most Random Partnership This Year

MSI and Pixar are teaming up to release a series of Toy Story-themed PC components. If you’re balling, you’ll be able to build yourself a full Toy Story PC case complete with a cow-print motherboard, Space Crane chassis, Buzz Lightyear RTX 5070 GPU, and other bright and colourful components.

The collaboration is part of the Toy Story 30th anniversary celebration, and each component is designed with all the colour and charm you’d expect from the series. The chassis is likely my favourite addition. It is designed after the iconic Space Crane game in the film, and the white shell complements the PC.

The full collection includes the following:

  • MSI RTX 5070 Gaming Trio Buzz Lightyear Edition
  • MSI Z890 Gaming Plus Woody Toy Story Edition Motherboard
  • MSI MAG Coreliquid Cooler Pizza Planet Toy Story Edition
  • MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 Zurg Toy Story Edition
  • MSI PANO 110R Chassis Space Crane Toy Story Edition

Of course, like all cool things in the world, you’ll likely miss out on these components because they are seemingly exclusive to Taiwan. The entire set costs around 79,900 NS$, which is around $2,700. This is about R50,000. The system comes with a 1TB MSI SSD and 32GB of Kingston Fury Beast RAM. So essentially, it is a fully equipped PC without a CPU. So you’ll need to factor that into your order.

You can find out more about the collection on the website here.
