Sometimes, mistakes happen and this is probably one of those times where someone made a bit of a typo, adding a few extra digits to the State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem – Golden Prince Avatar from developer Sometimes You. This PSN Avatar costs $99.99 on the US PlayStation Store, which at the current Dollar to Rand exchange rate is over R1400.

At the time of writing, the pricing on the State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem – Golden Prince Avatar is still at $99.99 on the US PlayStation Store, but the PSN Avatar in question is missing from the South African store, not that anyone would probably want to buy it.

In comparison, the game itself only costs R145 and the other PSN Avatars for the game will set you back between R15 and R32. This is therefore very likely some kind of typo, where someone wanted to put the price at $0.99 instead of $99.99. At the time of writing, however, the price has not been changed and this PSN Avatar released on 1 November 2019 on the US PlayStation Store, which should have been enough time to fix a typo.
