There is no doubt that The International 2019 delivered some stellar games with mostly excellent casting during the first day, but not everyone can watch the matches live. TI9 is now in its second day as every day, the matches are scheduled to start at 03:00 SA time. However, matches do take a little longer to start, which also means the schedule won’t be perfect.

With that being said, the results for TI9 Day 1 have been quite interesting. Team Secret, the DPC leaders, sits on top of Group A and Chinese Juggernaut Vici Gaming sit on top of Group B. However, Group B only played two matches on TI9 Day 1. This morning, OG managed to beat EG 2-0 while Vici Gaming beat Virtus.Pro in the first round of matches. This means that VG and OG are at the top of Group B as the next round of matches for Group B kicks off at roughly 08:00 SA time.

TI9 Day 2 Schedule
The matches for TI9 Day 2 kicked off in the early hours of the morning but South Africans who are only waking up at a reasonable time today will still be able to catch some great matches. You will still be able to catch three rounds of matches for the day at the time of writing and there are round 2 matches live right now at 06:30. Here is the remaining match schedule for the group stage on Day 2 of TI9.
08:00 SA Time:
- EG versus RNG
- Virtus.Pro versus Na’Vi
- OG versus NiP
- Vici versus Infamous
10:30 SA Time:
- Team Liquid versus PSG.LGD
- Alliance versus Keen
- Chaos versus Mineski
- TNC versus Newbee
15:00 SA Time:
- Vici versus EG
- OG versus RNG
- Fnatic versus Infamous
- NiP versus Na’Vi
The Team Liquid versus PSG.LGD match is sure to be a slugfest but most of these matches look great. When TI9’s Day 2 completes, we will also have a good idea of which teams have a great chance of making it to the upper bracket of the main event and which teams are in trouble. For EG fans, things aren’t looking all that good as the team has had a terrible time in the group stage so far, while OG fans will be extremely happy with the results.
Don’t forget to follow our Fantasy Challenge picks each day at 14:00 SA time. So far, we’ve been doing extremely well with only 17 points behind the global top 100 after Day 1.
