Physical editions of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, which bundles the original trilogy of Tomb Raider games in a complete remastered package, are now available for pre-order ahead of the game’s physical launch later this year. This includes the standard edition, the deluxe edition and the limited collector’s edition.
Tomb Raider I-III Remastered will receive a few options for the physical editions when it releases locally in November. The standard edition will set you back R999 while the pricier Deluxe Edition will cost R,1399, though it comes with a handful of extra goodies. Unfortunately, the collector’s edition is a Limited Run Games exclusive meaning it can only be purchased online.
Here’s a quick breakdown of each edition and what it entails:
Standard Edition
The standard edition for Tomb Raider I-III Remastered includes the remastered base game Tomb Raider I + Unfinished Business, Tomb Raider II + Golden Mask and Tomb Raider III + The Lost Artifact. It will cost R999.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition includes the base games plus a SteelBook, an exploration map book (featuring over 80 pages full of secrets, including all maps from all three games and their expansions), a collectible tuck-in box and the collection’s original soundtrack. It will cost R1,399 when it releases locally on 8 November 2024.
Limited Run Games Collector’s Edition
Finally, the Limited Run Games Collector’s Edition will not be made available in South Africa as it can only be purchased online right now, though we will provide you with updates should the plans change. The collector’s edition includes a SteelBook, two replica Lara Croft pistols in a lit shadow box, three 12×16 posters, a set of premium trading cards, the full collection’s original soundtrack (in both physical CD and digital download formats), a map book and Lara Croft polygonal figurines from each title. This will cost $199.
Tomb Raider I-III Remastered is now available digitally on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Nintendo Switch.
