The current United States President, Donald Trump, has appeared in a new campaign ad video direct from the Trump War Room for his re-election campaign, as Marvel villain Thanos…Yes, you read that correctly, Trump’s campaign people think it is a good idea to depict him as a villain who’s ultimate goal is to commit genocide, wiping out half of the universe.

This isn’t some kind of joke (I wish it was) but it is clear that the Trump campaign people haven’t watched Avengers: Endgame, as Donald Trump is depicted as Thanos, snapping his fingers and wiping out the opposition, turning a group of Democrats to dust as they hold a news conference about articles of impeachment against the president.
If you still think this is some kind of April Fool’s joke? Watch the video below.
House Democrats can push their sham impeachment all they want.

Now that everyone sees that this is actually a real Trump campaign video, let’s move on to what the original creator of the Marvel villain, Thanos, thinks about all of this.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Jim Starlin, the comic book writer and artist who created Thanos in 1973, had this to say about the Trump campaign ad:
[perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”#33FFDF” class=”” size=””]After my initial feeling of being violated, seeing that pompous fool using my creation to stroke his infantile ego, it finally struck me that the leader of my country and the free world actually enjoys comparing himself to a mass murderer. How sick is that? These are sad and strange times we are going through. Fortunately, all things, even national nightmares, eventually come to an end.[/perfectpullquote]
