Ubisoft appears to have a total of 11 Assassin’s Creed games currently in development at its numerous studios. Kotaku sources recently claimed that Ubisoft was in the early stages of an Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag remake, which only adds to the growing list of upcoming Assassin’s Creed titles. Needless to say, fans will be overwhelmed with new games in the series in the near future.
As compiled by Insider Gaming, 11 Assassin’s Creed games were listed as currently being in development at Ubisoft. These include single-player titles, multiplayer games and a couple of VR games as well. Several of these games were already announced though there are still some such as the multiplayer Raid and Echoes or the sequel to the VR game Nexus that have yet to be officially revealed.

Ubisoft seems to be going all-in on the Assassin’s Creed franchise after staying relatively quiet over the last few years about the future of the series. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was the last game to release back in 2020. The silence will be broken by this year’s release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, though judging by the list above, it seems like at least one new Assassin’s Creed game is expected to arrive in each subsequent year starting in 2023.
