Subscription services such as EA Access have been around for quite some time and they are pretty good value for money if you ask me. However, it does depend on the quality of games the publisher has and that is why I am pretty excited about the possibility of the Ubisoft Pass Premium subscription service, which could very likely get revealed at E3 2019.

Eagle-eyed ResetEra members spotted an image appearing on the Ubisoft Store which is very likely a subscription service by the publisher. The image has since been removed and it is clearly just a placeholder that seems to have slipped out ahead of time. Further, there is a new “subscription” category on the Ubisoft Store that has not been removed and as we know, there are no current subscription services offered by the French publisher.
With the image popping up now, less than two weeks before E3, it is easy to assume that the publisher will reveal the Ubisoft Pass Premium subscription service. However, this has not been confirmed by the publisher so please do take this with a grain of salt until such time as it is officially revealed.
Personally, I would love it if the Ubisoft Pass Premium is kind of like EA Access, where you can play a bunch of games from the publisher and get early access to the latest titles. Ubisoft games have been killing it as of late, with amazing franchises such as Far Cry and Assassin’s Creed, not to mention Beyond Good & Evil 2 coming out as well. Then, we also have The Division 2, the Watch Dogs franchise and more.
