With only two days left to go before The International 2019’s group stage kicks off, Valve has released a 124mb Dota 2 update without any update notes to go along with it. If you are wondering what this update does, it focuses on getting ready for the release of the Tiny Prestige item for Battle Pass owners level 255 and above.

In the latest Dota 2 update, Tiny’s cosmetics have been updated to work with a new item loadout for the hero, in preparation for the Tiny Prestige item. When you start up Dota 2 right now, Tiny has the following cosmetic item slots:
- Tiny Weapon
- Tiny Tiny
- Tiny Small
- Tiny Medium
- Tiny Large
- Tiny Taunt
This Dota 2 update got released at roughly 05:00 South African time today (13 August) and since The International 2019 begins on 15 August at 03:00 South African time, there is some hope that the Tiny Prestige will release in the next day or so. It is never a good idea to release an update like this during the tournament’s group stage or main event, so expect it soon or between 18 and 20 August 2019 when there’s a short break.
