MSI and Blizzard have teamed up to release a limited World of Warcraft Edition MSI RTX 4070 SUPER GPU. The hardware is part of MSI’s Gaming Slim range and features a unique exterior shell alongside exchangeable faceplates.
The collaboration is to celebrate World of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary and the release of The War Within expansion. Across the card, you’ll spot various World of Warcraft accents. The fans include the 20th Anniversary logo, there’s a Blizzard Entertainment logo underneath the card and the GPU has been designed with the series’ Mystic Blue and Glorious Gold colours.
The card comes with ten puzzle-styled faceplates that span the past content for World of Warcraft. You can mix the panels up and stick them to the bottom of the GPU. The panels feature artwork from past expansions right from The Burning Crusade up to The War Within. There’s also a themed World of Warcraft 20th Anniversary GPU mount.
Of course, the card features MSI’s RTX 4070 SUPER architecture. It includes the Tri Frozr 3 Thermal Design and all the performance you’ll get out of the standard GPU.
MSI has an entire campaign planned around this collaboration. It includes giving away World of Warcraft: The War Within Collector’s Editions, themed RTX 4070 SUPER GPUs and even a custom World of Warcraft PC.
To participate in the campaign, you need to head on over to the official web page. On 26 August, the event kicks off and you’ll be able to share posts and tune into themed streams to enter these giveaways.
