WWE 2K22 was originally meant to release in 2021 but due to the troubled launch of WWE 2K20, 2K Games delayed the wrestling game to polish up the experience for players. 2021 marked the first time in two decades that fans didn’t have a new wrestling game to play. Thankfully, it seems that a new one is just around the corner. WWE 2K22 has leaked online and according to the listing, the game is expected to release on 8 March.
WWE 2K22 features a pretty cool-looking cover art with Ray Mysterio on the image. The game comes in two editions. There’s a standard edition with Rey jumping in the air and the WWE 2K22 Deluxe Edition featuring an up-close image of the wrestler.

It also includes three additional Undertaker personas: Phantom Mask Undertaker, Lord of Darkness Undertaker, Boneyard Match Undertaker, MyFactions EVO cards for Undertaker and perks and bonuses.
WWE 2K22 is releasing for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. There’s no word yet on a Nintendo Switch version. 2K Games is expected to announce the wrestling game soon. Given that its release date is 8 March, you can most likely see the full announcement in the next week or so.
