Xbox Series S Carbon Black 1TB SSD Model Microsoft

Xbox Series S 1TB Black Console Releases in South Africa This Friday

South Africans can pick up the new Xbox Series S 1TB model starting this Friday, 1 September. The console was announced back in June and includes all the benefits of the standard Xbox Series S but with a 1TB SSD and comes in black instead of white.

The console will be available at select retailers from R8,599. You’ll also get four months of Xbox Game Pass with your purchase so you can pre-load Starfield ahead of its launch on 6 September and play it without purchasing the game.

Keep in mind that the 4-month Xbox Game Pass promotion is only valid until 14 September. So if you purchase the console after that date, you won’t get the extra subscription.

The Xbox Series S 1TB console is available at most retailers including Game4U, Takealot and BT Games. We have included links to stores that have opened up pre-orders ahead of the launch this Friday.
