Rebellion Developments will be launching its Nazi zombie shooter next week and while we already touched on the day one update and install size here, the developer has now revealed their plans for Zombie Army 4: Dead War Season 1 content which includes a load of new maps and modes. There will be new horde maps, characters, weapons and campaign missions added to the first season.
According to a teaser trailer, Zombie Army 4: Dead War Season 1 will have a new mini-campaign made up of three missions for one to four players. The trailer revealed a new enemy type which seems to look like vampires of some sort. The theme around this campaign is “Hell Cult”. There will also be four new character packs, nine weapon bundles which include weapons, skins and more.
Season Pass 1 will grant access to the entirety of Season 1:
- 3 new campaign missions
- 4 character packs, featuring playable characters that can be used in any mode
- 9 weapon bundles including new weapons, charms, skins and more
- 5 weapon skin packs to customize your arsenal with
- 4 character outfit bundles, featuring new outfits and hats!
The Zombie Army 4: Dead War Season 1 content pack seems to be loaded with a lot of new things and if it is not the skins you are looking for, the campaign will add a couple of hours to the experience too. Season 1 is part of the game’s Season Pass 1 which covers the next few months of content. Rebellion Development seems to have plans to release a Season Pass 2 which will most likely roll out next year sometime. The developer has not revealed a release date for this first content drop but expect it in the new few weeks.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War releases on 4 February 2020 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game is a third-person shooter set in an alternate 1940s Europe where Hitler has risen from Hell and brought his army of undead along with him.
