Wonder Woman 1984 was originally meant to release in cinemas on 5 June 2020. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the film suffered a delay. Warner Bros. and DC plan on releasing the film on 2 October 2020 if all goes well but don’t bank on that release date just yet.

To think, the new trailer arrives after the film missed two release dates. DC won’t budge away from a cinema release for the film. During the trailer debut, Wonder Woman 1984 director Patty Jenkins stated the studio is going to stick it out.
