The Redmi Note 13 series is now officially available in South Africa. The latest range includes some impressive specs across its various models giving consumers some great options to choose from depending on their needs.
The lineup includes the Redmi Note 13, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G. Each model includes high-end specs and features which beat the closest competition at a better price range too.
Starting off with the Pro models, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ 5G ship with massive 200MP main camera lenses, 8MP ultra-wide lenses and 2MP macro lenses. This camera array is called the Redmi Matrix Camera. The camera system boasts Optical Image Stabilization, 2X/4X zoom and incredible low-light photography.
Every photo you take and video you record looks gorgeous on the Redmi Note 13 Pro’s 120Hz AMOLED screen. Both Redmi Note 13 Pro devices pack a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 1220 x 2712. These displays get super bright and include Dolby Vision support for content playback. They can reach a peak brightness of 1800 nits.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G comes with the brand’s first curved display giving the device a unique look while also delivering the brightest and clearest display from the lineup to date.
You’ll also be able to store every memory on the device thanks to the built-in 512GB of storage and manage every task with the 12GB of RAM on both devices. The devices are also powered by Redmi’s first 4nm processor.
All these screen and camera features are backed by a 5,000mAh battery that promises all-day support and a super-fast recharge through the included 120W power adapter in the Redmi Note 13 Pro + 5G box and the 67W power adapter in the Redmi Note 13 Pro box. Most phone brands don’t even include a charger let alone a 120W adapter.
These adapters can charge the phones to 100% in just 25 minutes on the Redmi Note 13 Pro and 19 minutes on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G.
When it comes to the Redmi Note 13, this “little brother” is anything but little. It comes with industry-leading features including the same 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display at a resolution of 1080 x 2400, an in-screen fingerprint reader, ultra-thin bezels and a triple-camera system. It also comes with an impressive 5,000mAh battery and 33W charger in the box
