Best start clearing out space on your PS4 to make room for God of War Ragnarok. Review copies of the game were sent out to media this week and while I can’t share anything regarding the PS5 version that I am reviewing, it seems that someone broke their NDA already and posted the PS4 version’s file size on Twitter. According to user Ifnoeblb, the PS4 version of God of War Ragnarok comes in at 118GB.
The Twitter user posted his game installation online and it showed the game downloading with a total file size of 118GB. This marks quite a substantial install for the PS4 and if anything, comes in much bigger than the first game which was roughly 60GB.

118GB for God of War Ragnarok also marks one of the larger games on the platform. Other titles that come close to this were Final Fantasy VII Remake and The Last of Us Part II which both weighed in at just over 100GB. Of course, you can also compare this to the likes of Call of Duty Warzone which sits well above the 120GB mark.
