The Epic Games Store have outdone themselves with their freebies the past couple of weeks, with six Batman games followed by Metro 2033 Redux. These are all big AAA titles that everyone should play if they haven’t already. However, the next free game from the Epic Games Store is probably something you haven’t heard of.

The free game this week is Minit, from a collaboration of developers and published by Devolver Digital. Minit is a little adventure game that you play for 60 seconds at a time, as the name suggests, featuring graphics and music from the 80s. That, however, doesn’t mean it isn’t worth checking out as this free game has received some great reviews from critics sitting at 79/100 on Metacritic.
If you are interested in picking up this free game from the Epic Games Store, you can head on over to this link. Minit from Devolver Digital is free from today until 10 October 2019.

Journey outside the comfort of your home to help unusual folk, uncover countless secrets, and overcome dangerous foes, all in hopes of lifting a rather unfortunate curse that ends each day after just one minute. Minit is a collaboration between Kitty Calis, Jan Willem Nijman, Jukio Kallio & Dominik Johann.[/perfectpullquote]
Just like playing Minit, it should only take about 60 seconds to sign up for a free Epic Games Store account if you don’t have one already.
