As is tradition now for Comic Con Africa each year, this year’s event features a selection of awesome limited edition Funko Pops for attendees to grab. The Funko Pops consist of Wednesday Addams from Wednesday, Pennywise The Clown from It Chapter Two, Panda from Jujutsu Kaisen and many more still to come. Be sure to visit Gammatek while at Comic Con Africa 2023 to find these limited edition figures.
The official social media account for Comic Con Africa revealed a handful of limited edition Funko Pops that attendees can buy (each detailed below). This only marks the first wave of pops as more limited edition offers are expected to be announced in the coming days, which we will list as they are announced. Comic Con Africa hasn’t revealed how much each Funko Pop will cost yet but we’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available to us too.

UPDATE 18/09: Comic Con Africa has announced the full list of Funko Pops that will be available at the event this year. Each will cost R350. Make sure you visit Gammatek to get your hands on these limited edition Funko Pops!
Apart from the ones already mentioned below, the others include Nezuko, Tanjiro and Sakonji Urokodaki from Demon Slayer, Zeus from Thor: Love and Thunder, Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Hinata and Naruto from Naruto: Shippuden and Eustass Kid from One Piece.

Pennywise The Clown (from It Chapter Two)

Pennywise The Clown is from the classic Stephen King horror story It – more specifically, this Funko Pop is based on the reboot movies in which Bill Skarsgard portrayed the menacing clown. The limited edition Funko Pop shows Pennywise in his dancing pose. The second Funko Pop, Wednesday, is based on the Netflix series of the same name featuring the daughter of The Addams Family (played by Jenna Ortega). Finally, Panda is from the highly popular anime series Jujutsu Kaisen.
