John Wick 4 and 5 is set to film back-to-back next year. According to Deadline, Lionsgate revealed the two films are currently in early production and set to hit theatres on 27 May 2022.

During a Lionsgate earnings call, studio CEO John Feltheimer said;

Little is know about John Wick 4 and 5 at the moment. However, the films are set to act as direct sequels to one another. Keanu Reeves is known for his back-to-back film shooting. The Cyberpunk 2077 character filmed Matrix 2 and 3 back-to-back from March 2001 to August 2002. He is currently shooting Matrix 4 for Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow in Berlin, Germany.
The series has become a massive success and one of Liongate’s biggest film series. The three movies have grossed $584 million since the first film’s debut back in 2014.
