All all-new PlayStation Plus service is officially available in South Africa meaning from today, everyone who subbed for a subscription is now an “Essentials” PS+ member. It also means that you can upgrade to the new Extra and Deluxe tiers each offering its own unique perks and incentives.
Outside of the upgrade process, the most important question everyone is asking is “what games do we get to play?” Well, with the Deluxe tier you get access to PS4 and PS5 games as well as classics including titles from the PS2, PSOne and PSP eras. If you decide to go with the Extra tier, this only grants you access to the classics.

With that being said, the full game list for South African PlayStation Plus members is now available for you to sort through. The game list includes a decent number of titles with the PS4 and PS5 roster packing over 300 games. The Classics game list is also packed with some decent titles.
Sadly, there are some major differences between our list and the US list. Glancing through the roster I immediately noticed some missing games we won’t get on our service. However, Sony has also listed a lot of games you would think would be in the normal roster in the “Classics” section. This includes Gravity Rush, The Last of Us Remastered, Mafia and more.
We will continue to monitor the PlayStation Store today and adjust this list as more games arrive or are spotted.
