Bethesda will kick off QuakeCon 2021 later today (or tonight, depending on where in the world you are). The three-day event will feature the latest updates and reveals from the worlds of Doom, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls and more – though don’t expect The Elder Scrolls VI yet. However, we have a few interesting and fun things to look forward to, including the potential reveal of a new Quake game. Here’s the full schedule, as well as where and when to watch and what to expect. We have already covered the full schedule here including South African times.
Where to Watch QuakeCon 2021
All three streams currently planned for QuakeCon 2021’s upcoming events and panels are already scheduled and ready to go below. Alternatively, the QuakCon livestreams will also become available on Twitch and YouTube.
When to Watch
Since this is a three-day event, times will vary depending on the panels and what you’d like to tune into. However, the schedule above will give you a good indication of what’s coming, and what are some of the more important panels to watch (spoiler: it’s probably that first panel with id Software and MachineGames that you’d want to look forward to). Keep in mind, all times depicted above are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), so make the correct adjustments to Central African Time. However, for South Africans, QuakeCon 2021 will kick off tonight at 8:00pm SAST.
What to Expect at QuakeCon 2021
Apart from the rumoured Quake “revitalization” that will likely be unveiled in the first panel, we’ll also get a deep dive and dev updates on Arkane Studios’ upcoming shooter Deathloop; new updates on Fallout 76; several panels involving The Elder Scrolls Online; a sit-down with Bethesda Game Studios about the opening of Skyrim; DOOM Eternal studio updates and PvP, and much more. However, don’t expect anything from Redfall, Starfield or Ghostwire Tokyo just yet.
