Spider-Man: No Way Home is the next chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and will follow the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Peter Parker’s life is thrown into turmoil when the end-credits events of Far From Home transpire. A distraught Peter asks Doctor Strange to conjure up a spell that could reverse its effects, but things go wrong and the multiverse is cracked wide open. Peter now has to face off against familiar foes from alternative Spider-Man universes including Doc Ock, Electro, Lizard, Sandman and Green Goblin.

It’s also heavily rumoured that former Spider-Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will make an appearance in the film, and it makes sense considering the film deals with alternate Spider-Man universes and their various villains.

Spider-Man: No Way Home, like Eternals and Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, will be exclusive to cinemas when it launches on 17 December 2021. Ticket pre-bookings are now available in South Africa, and it seems to be selling out quickly so don’t hesitate. (Each cinema chain will also abide by health and safety protocols regarding COVID).
