Fallout TV Series – What to Expect
The Fallout TV series takes place two centuries after the nuclear war. The show explores the wasteland we all know from the video game series but from the perspective of three different characters.
The first is a Vault Dweller played by Ella Purnell who leaves her Vault for the very first time. The second is a Brotherhood of Steel soldier played by Aaron Moten who is a defender of the wasteland. The third is a ghoul played by Walton Goggins who has lived in the wasteland for over 200 years and has been around ever since the bombs dropped.
The show is set in Los Angeles. Of course, it is a post-apocalyptic version of the state and will come with all the classic Fallout features we know from the video game.
It is still too early to tell whether or not the Fallout TV series will be any good. However, the trailers have been positive. It seems to capture all the nuances from the video game series with its retrofuturistic style. The trailers have also included a number of hints to cameos from characters and creatures from the game.
The first season of the Fallout TV show contains eight episodes and is exclusively available on Prime Video.
