Fortnite Chapter 4 launched over the weekend and as expected, the season has brought all sorts of new stuff along with it. While it doesn’t have an exact theme, players can expect some refreshing new things to unlock and experience across the latest batch of content. Most importantly, Fortnite Chapter 4 takes players to a whole new island where they can now run around an entirely new area.
You can also get around a lot faster on the ground now thanks to the added dirt bikes called Trail Thrashers. The map itself includes new points of interest including a citadel structure that houses a character known as the Ageless. The map also includes a new mine full of a material called kinetic ore.

There are some new characters in Fortnite Chapter 4 too. You’ll be able to run around as Geralt of Rivia from the popular Witcher series. In addition, players can take control of the Doom Slayer from the DOOM video game series. In the trailer, you can get a glimpse of these new characters. Most notable is Geralt as he runs across an area and uses the new Shockwave Hammer that once slammed on the ground, launches him into the air.
Of course, some of the content in Fortnite Chapter 4 is locked behind the season’s battle pass. You’ll need to purchase it in order to unlock Doom Slayer and Geralt of Rivia. Epic Games is also adding The Incredible Hulk to the game “soon”.
