iOS 14 comes in at around 4.7GB on the iPhone and iPad range. The software update may be smaller on your device depending on the model. You can check for updates by heading to Settings > General > Software Update. This will prompt the device to start downloading the hefty file and installing it.

If you are on Apple Watch then open your Watch App, head General > Software Update and repeat the same process. Keep in mind that your watch needs to have at least 50% battery and must be on charge in order to install the update. Apple TV users can install tvOS 14 by heading into Settings > System > Update.

iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7, and tvOS 14 brings a load of new features to each device. On the iPhone, the company has introduced Widgets which are placed around your home screen and do all sorts of things. There’s also a new App Library that replaces your pages and pages of app icons into a new drawer-like page. Other changes include privacy tweaks, a new Siri layout and more. Also, when you get a phone call it no longer takes up your whole screen (finally).
