Call of Duty is getting a crossover with the popular Amazon show, The Boys. While the game is no stranger to these types of unordinary-themed collaborations, this is the first time the series has embraced a TV show.
Several characters from The Boys are headed to Call of Duty thanks to this event. Characters include Homelander, Black Noir and Starlight. The announcement came in true The Boys fashion with a special press conference announcement hosted by Black Noir.

The press conference was a real-life edit where a reporter asked “Are the reports that you, Homelander and Starlight are appearing in Call of Duty true?” Black Noir then nodded to confirm the event.
The Boys X Call of Duty event is set to kick off on 12 July. Activision will share more specific details with us before the event starts. In the meantime, the publisher has confirmed some of the roadmap for the event ahead. It is called Call of Duty Warzone: Season 4 Reloaded.

Some in-game screens were released that showcase Starlight, Homelander and Black Noir as characters in the game itself. Activision has confirmed that a number of cosmetic items are available in this The Boys collab event. Players can take on the Diabolical Camo Challenge to unlock new skins. There’s also a Temp V field upgrade. The map has also been tweaked to include The Boys-themed assets.
There’s also the return of traditional battle royale in the Vondel map. Outside of that, a new multiplayer map called Vondel Waterfront is arriving, the final Raid challenge and loads of new weapon skins and Operators which are themed outside of The Boys.
