Hogwarts Legacy PS5 Download Size Revealed

Hogwarts Legacy is only a week away from launch and the anticipated Wizarding World game is on track to be a big-seller, according to pre-orders. The game will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (with other platforms to follow in the coming months). For those playing on PS5, though, make sure you clear up some space as the PlayStation download size was recently revealed.

According to reliable account PlayStation Game Size, Hogwarts Legacy on PS5 will take up a chunky 79.543 GB (for version 1.000.002). It’s unclear if this size will also be applicable to Xbox Series X/S and PC, though we assume it might be around the same ball park. Keep in mind this initial install size also excludes any day one patches. Pre-loads will begin on 8 February for the official 10 February launch. Those who ordered the Deluxe Edition will be able to start pre-loading on 5 February for 72-hour early access beginning on 7 February.
